Founded in 1994, our company occupies a 2,000 m2 facility, including 1,200 m2 of covered space, located in Gessate (MI). With a specialized staff of 10 employees, we are a benchmark in precision machining through chip removal.
Since the summer of 2022, a new evolutionary path under sole ownership has led to significant process improvements and an even stronger customer focus. Our mission is to respond effectively and with quality to your production needs, guaranteeing ISO 9001-certified reliability since 2015.
Precision machining for chip removal with bar passages up to 65 mm and turning diameters up to 315 mm. We use Daewoo, Acra, and Graziano lathes with motorized turrets.
Operations on 9 horizontal and vertical machining centers with spindles up to 18,000 rpm. Palletized systems (up to 10 pallets) for maximum production efficiency.
Mazak Integrex 100 SY technology integrates turning and milling functions into a single setup. Ideal for complex components requiring maximum geometric precision.
Measurements are performed in a climate-controlled metrology room with automatic 3D machines and non-contact CNC optical systems. Precision is guaranteed by state-of-the-art altimeters and roughness meters.
Upon specific customer request, we perform assembly and pre-assembly of machined components. This value-added service provides ready-to-use mechanical assemblies.
We support CNC production with a department of traditional machines for manual turning and universal milling. Ideal for prototyping or rapid auxiliary machining.
Final customization operations, traceability via laser marking, and sandblasting surface treatments. The finishing touch for every mechanical component.
